1. Platform Overview
E.Lab is a digital marketplace connecting growth seekers with Method Creators — individuals offering personal transformation tools developed from their lived experiences. E.Lab provides the infrastructure for these offerings but does not directly create or endorse every method featured.

2. No Guarantees or Advice
All content provided by Method Creators is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. E.Lab does not guarantee results or outcomes and is not liable for any impact or interpretation of the content.

3. Independent Method Creators
All creators on E.Lab are independent and solely responsible for the content they produce. While we vet creators for alignment with our mission, E.Lab is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or safety of any method or course
• Claims made by creators or contributors
• Any harm resulting from the use of content

4. Use at Your Own Risk
By using E.Lab, you understand and accept that all actions you take based on content provided are your own responsibility. You agree not to hold E.Lab liable for:

• Decisions made based on content
• Emotional, psychological, or physical outcomes
• Any losses or damages incurred

5. Intellectual Property
All E.Lab branding, designs, and frameworks are the property of Engineered Life Lab. Method Creators retain ownership of their methods, but grant E.Lab the right to host, market, and distribute their content under agreed terms.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes
• Copy or redistribute any content without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, spam, or abuse any other user or creator

7. Account Termination
E.Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Breach ethical usage guidelines
• Abuse the platform in any way
• We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

8. Refund & Dispute Policy

At E.Lab, we value transparency and fairness for both our Method Creators and Growth Seekers. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled on our platform.

Cancellations

Growth Seekers (Learners):

• You may cancel your enrollment in a course or program within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the content. 
• After this window, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

Method Creators (Instructors):

• Method Creators may request to cancel their participation in the marketplace with 30 days’ notice.
• Any active Growth Seeker enrollments must be honored until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

Eligible Refunds:

• Refunds are issued only if the course is not as described, has significant technical issues preventing access, or falls under the cancellation window above. 
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via info@elab.life

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Completed courses (more than 20% progress).
• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference when the course is otherwise functional and delivered as described.
• Payments made to Method Creators for services outside of the E.Lab platform.

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days back to the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

• If a Growth Seeker or Method Creator has a complaint, they should first reach out to E.Lab Support at info@elab.life
• E.Lab will review disputes on a case-by-case basis.
• Our approach is to mediate fairly between Growth Seekers and Method Creators, aiming for resolution within 15 business days.
• If no agreement can be reached, E.Lab’s decision will be final.

Liability

E.Lab serves as a platform and is not liable for the personal outcomes or results of any course or method.

Responsibility for content rests with Method Creators. Growth Seekers are encouraged to apply discernment and personal judgment.

9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.
