The founder, Edwina Ragwala, is a mission-driven programme architect, facilitator, and mentor with years of experience spanning electrical engineering, entrepreneurship support, digital marketing, and content-led communication. This cross-disciplinary background is what makes ELAB distinctive – combining systems thinking from engineering, human development from entrepreneurship support, and practical execution from digital marketing into one coherent programme architecture that builds entrepreneurs from the inside out.
