At E.Lab, we value transparency and fairness for both our Method Creators and Growth Seekers. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled on our platform.
1. Cancellations
Growth Seekers (Learners):
- You may cancel your enrollment in a course or program within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the content.
- After this window, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
Method Creators (Instructors):
- Method Creators may request to cancel their participation in the marketplace with 30 days’ notice.
- Any active Growth Seeker enrollments must be honored until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refunds
Eligible Refunds:
- Refunds are issued only if the course is not as described, has significant technical issues preventing access, or falls under the cancellation window above.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via info@elab.life
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Completed courses (more than 20% progress).
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference when the course is otherwise functional and delivered as described.
- Payments made to Method Creators for services outside of the E.Lab platform.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days back to the original payment method.
3. Dispute Resolution
- If a Growth Seeker or Method Creator has a complaint, they should first reach out to E.Lab Support at info@elab.life
- E.Lab will review disputes on a case-by-case basis.
- Our approach is to mediate fairly between Growth Seekers and Method Creators, aiming for resolution within 15 business days.
- If no agreement can be reached, E.Lab’s decision will be final.
4. Liability
E.Lab serves as a platform and is not liable for the personal outcomes or results of any course or method.
Responsibility for content rests with Method Creators. Growth Seekers are encouraged to apply discernment and personal judgment.
