Edwina is the founder of Engineered Life Lab and a leadership-led entrepreneur development practitioner with a background in engineering, business management, and digital marketing.
She has worked with numerous entrepreneurs and businesses since 2022, supporting them to clarify their value offerings, structure sustainable business models, and build confident digital presence. Her work spans entrepreneur development, digital strategy, and business structuring across early-stage and growing enterprises.
Edwina brings a structured, systems-oriented approach to entrepreneur development, grounded in the belief that sustainable businesses are built when the entrepreneur is developed alongside the enterprise. Her work focuses on equipping entrepreneurs with practical frameworks, tools, and leadership clarity that enable long-term independence and growth.
